Through Pharminnova Award competition, we have always tried to explore the best talent in the academic level of pharmaceuticals science. Young researchers from across the nation have been participating in this competition since its inception.

All these years, during the evaluation process of the competition we have come across some extremely brilliant and innovating research work which were nominated in the competition from year on year. One thing that we can clearly sense is that such research work can do wonders if they are protected and nurtured by the right guidance and direction.

Many of our participants realise the importance of their original research and do approach Patent Offices in attempt to safeguard their original work. We appreciate this idea of our young researchers and wish them success in their endeavour. Those looking for any kind of guidance in this area may also seek expert advise from TIFAC (Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council) which is an autonomous organization working under the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. This council looks ahead in technologies, assess the technology trajectories, and support technology innovation by network actions in select technology areas of national importance.

Students may also seek advise from ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA, a national resource institution which is committed to promote entrepreneurship through education, research, training and institution building. This institute is an international resource centre which facilitates all facets of entrepreneurship in India.
